In general, it’s not a bad machine. Those who say that it jumps during the spin cycle apparently simply forgot to unscrew the shipping fasteners that hold the drum when transporting the washing machine. You just need to read the instruction manual. I forgot to do this myself and was pleasantly surprised that after removing them the machine started working differently.
