Wash

We will present the process of starting the wash in the form of the following algorithm:

  1. Open the water tap to which the machine is connected.
  2. Connect to the network.
  3. Sort the laundry and load it into the drum.

Important! To prevent the drum from becoming unbalanced, load small and large items at the same time and keep in mind the maximum load.

  1. Place the powder in the main compartment of the cuvette, that is, in the compartment on the left. For pre-wash, add powder to the compartment on the right. Fill the center compartment with conditioner to the line. Be sure to dilute thick gels with water so that the hole does not become clogged, or pour them into a dispenser container that is placed in the drum with laundry.
  2. Turn the selection selector to the desired program, note that the knob turns in any direction.
  3. Press the additional function button, if necessary. Please note that the buttons are sensitive; just touch them lightly.
  4. Wait until the wash is finished and unload the laundry.
  5. Turn off the car.
  6. Turn off the tap water.

If the wrong program is accidentally selected, then to change you need to select another program and press the Start button.

Important information

Treat your washing machine and things with care, before washing:

  • check all pockets;
  • fasten the zippers;
  • remove rings and hooks from curtains;
  • Wash underwear and small items in a special bag.

Before the first wash, the manufacturer recommends running the machine idle, that is, without laundry. To do this, pour a liter of water into the main compartment of the detergent dispenser and add a dose of powder. Select a mode with heating up to 60 degrees, without spinning.

It is not recommended to bleach clothes in a washing machine, or to frequently dye clothes with special products, as they affect the internal parts of the machine.

Maintenance and care

Maintenance of the machine involves cleaning the drain pump, drain hose and metal mesh on the inlet valve. When cleaning the pump, it must be removed after turning off the machine. Unscrew the pump gradually, releasing and collecting waste water in a low container. After removing the filter, rinse and clean it. To clean the drain hose, disconnect it from the siphon by releasing the clamp. To remove the inlet valve mesh, unscrew the inlet hose and use pliers to carefully pull the mesh towards you, rinse it and return it to its place.

When caring for your washing machine, do not forget to regularly wipe its body from dust and drops, using only soft napkins or rags. Do not wash the car under running water, only with a slightly damp sponge. Do not use solvents or cleaning agents.

It is very important to wash the powder dispenser; it can be pulled out if you press the middle of the middle compartment and pull it towards you. After rinsing the cuvette, wipe it and dry it. And in general, make it a rule that after each wash, wipe the drum, cuff and cuvette with a dry cloth, this way you will protect the machine from mold and odor.

The scale formed in the machine is removed with special means when starting the wash without laundry.

We'll stop there. If you are interested in knowing what to do in the event of a malfunction or some kind of breakdown, then the complete technical manual provides detailed information on this topic. Download the instructions and read.

Safety precautions when using a washing machine

We will tell you what rules for safe operation of the machine should be followed in order to avoid injury or break the unit:

  1. The body of the washing machine is an excellent conductor of electric current, as there are many metal parts inside. Therefore, when you unplug the machine, hold strictly to the rubberized part of the plug. Do not turn the unit on or off with wet hands, as water also conducts current. Do not remove the plug from the socket while the machine is running.
  2. Children should not play with the machine as they may damage it or be accidentally injured - the machine is heavy and contains many parts that are dangerous for children.
  3. When washing is started at high temperatures, the glass on the door can become very hot - do not touch it to avoid getting burned.
  4. Laundry detergent and liquid detergents should be kept in locked cabinets, out of reach of pets and children.
  5. After you have unpacked and installed the machine, you must immediately get rid of the packaging - it can be dangerous for children and animals.
  6. You cannot wash items in a washing machine that are saturated with gasoline, diesel fuel, or other flammable substances. To wash such items in the machine, they must first be rinsed by hand.
  7. You should not wash things in the machine that have pungent chemical odors - the machine can become saturated with these odors, and then it will be difficult to get rid of them.

Rules for safe use

  1. Remember that a washing machine is an excellent conductor of electricity, as it consists of metal parts. For this reason, when removing the plug from the socket, hold onto its rubberized body. No need to touch the cord. It may be damaged. And under no circumstances should you touch the plug while the machine is running.
  2. The washing machine is quite heavy and has a lot of dangerous elements. Keep children away from the washing machine while it is running.
  3. Remember that washing powders and fabric softeners are chemically hazardous substances. Keep these items out of the reach of your children and pets.
  4. After unpacking your washing machine, throw away all packaging materials. They can be dangerous for animals and children.
  5. Be aware of explosion hazards. Do not wash items that are wet with gasoline or other flammable substances. Wash them by hand first.

On a note! In addition to the danger of explosion, washing clothes soaked in solvent can cause a pungent odor, which will not be easy to get rid of with further washing in this washing machine.

Washing process

  1. We open the water supply with a water tap;
  2. We turn on the machine to the network;
  3. We sort the laundry and load it into the drum;
  4. Add laundry detergents: main compartment - powder, right compartment - prewash powder, left compartment - fabric softener.

On a note! Thick washing gels need to be diluted with water. This will help prevent the holes from clogging and damaging the machine.

  1. Turn the toggle switch in any direction to select a program;
  2. Select additional features as needed;
  3. After finishing washing, unload the laundry, unplug the washing machine and turn off the water to avoid leaks.

Selecting additional functions

As noted in point 6, you can select additional washing functions. These include:

  • Possibility of delayed start. Turn on this function and the wash will start at the time you need.
  • Spin adjustment. You can adjust the spin both in advance and during washing.
  • Spot function. Increased washing time in case of heavily soiled items.
  • Prewash. First, things are heated with warm water. Avoiding temperature changes will help prevent things from becoming deformed.
  • Easy ironing. Reducing washing intensity. Things will not have strong creases.
  • Adding water. Simply put, this is another extra rinse.

Important little things

Treat your washing machine and clothes with care. Before washing, check pockets, fasten zippers, remove any hard fittings that may be present, and place small items in a laundry bag. Immediately after purchase, run a dry wash (without laundry). Add detergents and pour a liter of water into it. Select a temperature no higher than 60 degrees and no spin mode.

Do not bleach items in the washing machine or dye them with special products. This may damage internal parts.

Caring for the bosch maxx 6

  • Periodically clean the drain pump, drain hose and inlet valve screens.

Remove the drain pump from the turned off washing machine. Don't forget about the water that will flow from it. Pull out the filter and wash it. Disconnect the drain hose and wash it. Disconnect the inlet hose, remove the mesh with pliers and rinse it thoroughly. These manipulations will help extend the life of your washing machine and avoid repairs.

Important! Perform disassembly carefully and according to the instructions. Even minor damage can affect the subsequent operation of the washing machine.

  • Wipe the machine body with soft cloths. Do not use scratching materials or substances. No solvents. This will preserve the aesthetic appearance of the device longer.
  • Rinse the detergent drawer as needed. Click on the middle of the middle compartment and pull it out.
  • Try to rinse the powder compartment and wipe the drum after washing. This will help avoid the appearance of damp and mold odors.

Troubleshooting Bosch Maxx 6 errors

A smart washing machine itself reports malfunctions or problems during washing not only with the help of sound signals, but also displays special codes on the display. Such codes show not only major breakdowns, but also small errors that just need to be reset for the machine to continue working:

  1. D01 – no water supply. You need to check if the water tap is open and if the hose is connected.
  2. D02 – the drain filter is clogged. Clean the filter and start the unit again.
  3. D03 - clog or problem with the drain hose. Carefully inspect the hose, rinse it and start the wash again.
  4. D06 - blocking drum movement. Most likely, a small object is stuck between the body and the drum: a toy, a piece of clothing.
  5. D07 - the hatch cover is not closed completely. Open it and close it again until it clicks.

Maintenance and repair of Bosch Maxx 6

For regular maintenance of the device, you need to clean the drain hose, pump and inlet valve screen from time to time. To clean the pump, you need to carefully remove it from the machine, releasing the accumulated water into a prepared container. Rinse the filter, disconnect the drain hose and inspect it for kinks or blockages. Remove the mesh with pliers and insert it back after cleaning.

It is also necessary to wash the detergent drawer 4 times a year so that there are no sticky lumps of powder in it. To do this, you need to take it out of the special compartment and rinse it under running cool water. Next, wipe dry and insert back.

Wipe the machine body with a soft cloth or rags soaked in a solution of non-aggressive detergent. Then wipe dry. To wash the drum, do not use products containing chlorine - it damages the steel coating.

After washing, be sure to wipe the drum dry and ventilate the machine by opening the door for an hour and a half.

The Bosch Maxx 6 washing machine will last a long time if you follow simple operating rules and keep children away from the operating device. Carry out hygienic and preventive maintenance of the device regularly to avoid annoying breakdowns. In this case, the machine will delight you with its work for decades.

Safety instructions

When installing and operating the washing machine, follow all specified requirements in the instructions. A number of dangerous situations may arise in front of you:

  • Electric shock hazard. That is why remove the power plug from the machine only by the body, do not pull the cord. Do not touch the fork and machine body with wet hands while operating.
  • Risk of injury. The glass of the door heats up at high water temperatures, do not touch it during the program. Be careful when pulling out the cuvette. Injury can occur when moving the washing machine; it is heavy, so move it together.
  • Danger of poisoning. Keep washing detergents out of the reach of children.
  • Choking hazard. Do not give packaging materials to children: boxes, film.
  • Explosion hazard. You cannot wash items soaked in solvents, gasoline, or diesel fuel; they can cause an explosion when washed, so it is better to wash them by hand first.
