E8 is in many ways similar to error E3 and manifests itself in exactly the same way - the dishwasher does not fill the required amount of water into the tray. Either the rotor is stuck to the walls of the hub and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and lubricated. Sometimes this is indicated by a change in the error code value from E21 to E22.
Replacing the pump in Bosch dishwashers is quite acceptable, but only with an original part with exactly the same factory markings that were on the faulty appliance. Otherwise, you should not count on high-quality operation of the module.
