Congratulations and thank you for choosing a washing machine from our wide range of products. The manufacturer is currently four modern factories, with an annual production of a wide range of “white equipment”. All products are manufactured in the free-standing version and for building into a set of kitchen furniture. The company offers electric kitchen stoves, electric and gas stoves, refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers, deep freezes, washing machines, exhaust hoods and microwave ovens. The new washing machine is the result of the work of engineers and technicians at the factory design and research bureau in Amika. The washing machine you purchased is a response to the needs of the market, for which reliability, functionality, easy maintenance, and design are important. Technical solutions given later in the manual, such as the AQUA SPRAY and aqua-stop systems or the now very popular automatic weighing system, which optimize washing parameters and make washing easier and more enjoyable. We ask you to read this manual carefully, as it contains instructions and recommendations from the manufacturer regarding the proper installation, use and care of washing machines.

What series have been released?

The manufacturer offers several lines, which include models ranging from “economy” to middle class.

Pro Wash

Positioned as a line for professional use. All cars look stylish - their dark hatch contrasts favorably with the white body. The diameter of the hatch has been increased, making it easier to store laundry. Main characteristics: capacity - 6 kg, energy consumption class - A+++, speed - 1200 rpm, 16 programs. As you can see, the parameters are mediocre, but a lot of innovations are implemented here that are not found in other lines and competitors.

Special solutions:

LogicDrive 2.0 motor. Thanks to the special design of the motor, energy consumption and noise levels are reduced. Due to the minimum number of rubbing parts, the life of the device is increased.
StormWash. Washing of cotton products occurs with accelerated rotation of the drum. Saves time and energy.
SteamTouch. There are 7 steam treatment programs. There are no folds or creases, ironing is simplified, there is no need to use conditioners.
OptiDose. Eliminates the need to load detergent with each cycle. The filled liquid product is enough for 20 washes. The machine itself calculates the volume of detergent for each cycle. Now you don’t have to inhale fumes from household chemicals and waste time adding product - using the washing machine has become even easier.
Reloading Add+. The absence of this feature created a lot of hassle for users. What to do if the car is running, but you urgently need to throw things into it? Now you don’t have to wait for work to finish or stop the car. By pressing pause, you can add laundry to the drum.

Crown

The main feature of this line is the large selection of modes. There are as many as 23 of them here. The rest of the functionality practically repeats the previously discussed lines.

Exclusive is represented by compact and full-size SMAs with a load of 5–6 kg and a speed of 800–1200 rpm. Energy consumption - A+ or A++. The design is traditional for this brand. The devices are equipped with a delayed start system, self-cleaning and disinfection functions, self-diagnosis of breakdowns, ApparelCare.

In Exclusive, the display is provided only in full-size versions (54 cm).

BasicLine

The manufacturer, presenting BasicLine, points to reliability, functionality and high-quality washing at a reasonable cost. BasicLine - the most inexpensive SMA from Hansa. These budget cars have a simple and strict design, rather even conservative. If you are not ready to pay a large sum for household appliances, but are interested in an impeccable result, this line is for you.

Only the most necessary functions are provided. The load is modest - 5–6 kg. Spin - 800–1200 rpm. Energy consumption class (EC) - A+. The range includes SMA with a depth of 40–47 cm and only one full-size version. There are from 8 to 15 modes. Not all modifications have an LCD display.

Basic 2.0

Basic 2.0 is represented by only a few modifications. There are only compact SMAs here - up to 47 cm deep. There are 8 modes, including high-speed washing. But the manufacturer saved money on the display; Basic 2.0, unfortunately, doesn’t have it.

InsightLine and SpaceLine

Representatives of these two series are designed for bathrooms. Some people like to keep the machine in the kitchen, others believe that its place is in the bathroom. However, nothing prevents you from installing them in the kitchen. These cars are beautiful and will fit perfectly into any interior.

These series are presented in narrow and full-size versions. There are 25 SMAs in total in the collection. The main advantage of this line is the combination of high technology and environmental friendliness. A characteristic feature of the model range is the large hatch, its diameter increased to 47 cm. Loading large items is becoming easier.

InsightLine is designed for bathrooms with an understated, classic style, while SpaceLine is designed for bold, modern designer interiors. The line is represented by a wide color palette.

InsightLine parameters:

loading - 5–8 kg;
spin speed - 1000–1200 rpm;
CE - A+ and A++.

SpaceLine parameters:

loading - up to 9 kg;
spin speed - up to 1400 rpm;
CE - A++ and A+++.

These lines use technologies that you will not find in other collections:

TwinJet. A soap and water solution is injected into the drum. Liquid is ejected from two nozzles. The laundry is quickly and efficiently moistened. This, according to the manufacturer, improves the quality of washing.
Super fast wash mode. It is only available in some modifications of SpaceLine and InsightLine. It is used only for lightly soiled laundry. Duration - only 12 minutes. With a minimum of time and energy, you can quickly refresh shirts, T-shirts and other items that need to be washed frequently.
AllergySafe. This technology is available in SpaceLine. Its target is bacteria and allergens.

The manufacturer has provided a delayed start in both series. Many users are unhappy with the noise the machine makes when doing push-ups. Especially at night. Hansa SMAs are not distinguished by high decibels, but if you wake up from the slightest noise, then simply postpone the spin cycle for 10 hours.

The washing machines of these two lines are capable of removing any stains. They have 22 contaminations to their credit. According to the manufacturer, these are unprecedented opportunities.

Be sure to study the programs

It will simplify the use of a Hansa washing machine and knowledge of the modes provided on it. Modern machines offer dozens of programs suitable for certain types and colors of fabric. Once you understand them, it will be easier to wash things: you just need to turn the selector to the desired position.

There will be no problems with programs on Hansa. As a rule, these machines have a standard set of the most popular and sought-after modes. Moreover, all positions around the selector are labeled or outlined, making them easy to identify.

Cotton. A special mode for cleaning cotton products - bed linen, towels, shirts and T-shirts. Offers optimal washing parameters for thick materials: temperature up to 90 degrees, intensive spin and duration of 1.5-2.5 hours.
Synthetics. The name speaks for itself - this program washes items made from synthetic and mixed fabrics. The cycle lasts up to 2 hours, the spin is set to maximum, and the temperature does not exceed 60 degrees.
Delicate. It is comparable to hand washing and requires smooth rotation of the drum, abundant water intake, minimum temperature and no spin. Suitable for thin materials: silk, wool, microfiber, knitwear, lace, satin. The cycle lasts about an hour.
Preliminary. Allows you to wash heavily soiled items before the main wash: after a specified time, the program automatically switches to the standard mode. An important condition is to pour the detergent into the special compartment of the dispenser.
Express wash. Involves accelerated cleaning of things in 15-45 minutes. The water heats up to a maximum of 40 degrees, more often it remains within 25-30. Suitable for additional rinsing or surface washing of lightly soiled laundry.

Intense. Thanks to heating up to 95 degrees and two-hour rotation of the drum, even heavily soiled items are washed. The main thing is to use the mode when washing fabrics that are resistant to heat and friction.
Children's room. Designed specifically for cleaning children's linen and accessories. High temperature ensures high-quality washing of stains and disinfection of fabric, double rinsing washes away all the powder from the fibers, and intensive spinning reduces drying time.
Sport. A separate program for washing sportswear and thermal underwear made of membrane fabric, stretch, supplex. Retains the “breathing” properties of the material. You can also wash your sneakers here.
Night. Ideal if you plan to run the washing machine all night. The machine will operate as quietly as possible, with slow rotation and no sounds.
Biophase. A unique regime designed to gently remove protein stains from tissue - wine, grass, milk, blood and cosmetics. Recommended for use with enzyme-based cleaners.
Easy ironing. It involves minimal spin and smooth rotation of the drum, which allows you to get wet and smooth things.
Rinsing. Standard program, which, when activated, starts a second rinse. Necessary to remove powder remaining in the fibers and protect against allergic reactions.
Spin. It turns on if things haven't been wrung out hard enough. The cycle lasts no more than 5 minutes.

Some Hansa slot machines have unique modes or modified versions of standard ones. To avoid mistakes, you must first study the instructions. It must contain a list of programs, their brief description, duration, spin intensity and water heating.

Only use power supply with a safety circuit; do not use extension cords or double sockets.

You should check whether the machine is standing on the power cable.

Any repairs must be carried out by an authorized service center. Repairs performed by unauthorized persons may result in personal injury or even more serious damage to the machine.

Any modifications to the machine or use not in accordance with technical specifications may cause danger.

The machine must be operated by adults. Children should not be allowed near the controls or allowed to play with the machine.

During some wash cycles, the glass drum door may become very hot. It is recommended to keep children away from the machine while it is running.

Do not overload the machine with clothes. Information regarding recommended clothing weights is given in Table 2 on page 30.

Putting the Hans technique into operation

After purchasing any household appliance, you must re-read the instructions that came with it. This is mandatory even if the tenth washing machine is installed. You should still brush up on the basic factory recommendations. The case of Hansa is no exception. Be sure to open the book and remember the nuances of installation and operation of the machine.

Before starting the Hansa washing machine for the first time, read the factory instructions - it contains the rules for installing and operating the machine!

The next step is the technical launch of the washing machine. In a newly purchased Hansa, it is too risky to wash things right away, since factory grease and dirt remain on the internal parts. It is also possible that a defective spare part was missed during assembly, and the machine will stop halfway, ruining the loaded items. Therefore, first we turn on the “idle” cycle: empty the drum, add detergent and activate the program with heating at 90 degrees. If the technical cycle was successful, you can proceed to normal washing:

connect the washing machine to the power supply by plugging the cord into the outlet;
load pre-sorted items into the drum;
check whether the loading norm is met (both minimum and maximum capacity);
close the hatch tightly;
add or pour detergent in the required dosage (remember that each compartment of the powder receptacle is designed for a separate type of concentrate);
turn on Hansa by pressing the corresponding button;
scroll the programmer to the desired position;
change the factory settings of the program, if required;
press the start button.

The washing machine will “think” for a few seconds, then it will start working: it will lock the hatch, fill the tank and start the wash. The stages of the cycle can be monitored by indication or display. In the latter case, Hansa will also inform the user of the remaining program time. As soon as the mode ends, the machine will beep. But you won’t be able to open the door right away - the washing machine will spend another 2-3 minutes checking the system. Then the electronic lock will be removed and the items will be ready for acceptance.
