  • Open the hatch door.
  • Remove the metal clamp by bending the cuff.
  • Tuck the cuff inside the tank.
  • Take out the dispenser tray and unscrew the bolts behind it.
  • Remove the drain filter flap.
  • Place the container and drain the remaining water by unscrewing the filter. Check it immediately for blockages.
  • Unscrew the screws securing the front panel.
  • Release the connections of the locking device and remove the panel.
  • Loosen the clamps of the pipe and hoses. At the same time, inspect the pipe for blockages.
  • Unclench the pump connections and unscrew the mounting bolts.

Having taken out the pump, inspect it: perhaps there is a thread or a piece of fabric wrapped around the impeller. Installing the pump for the Hans washing machine is carried out in the reverse order. This simple repair can be done with your own hands.

Heating element malfunction

The heating element in Hans washing machines fails quite often. This can happen due to sudden changes in voltage in the network. As a result, a short circuit occurs and the element breaks.

Hard, poor-quality water causes scale formation. Because of this, the heating element overheats and burns out.

You can understand that the heating element is faulty by external signs. If you notice that when you turn on the CM, the circuit breaker in the panel turns off, or the fuse has blown, the reason may be in the heater.

  2. Unplug all wires leading to the heater.
  3. Loosen the center nut.
  4. Push the nut inward, pressing out the gasket.
  5. Now you can remove the heating element and install a new element.

Malfunction of the Aqua Spray system (Aqua Spray)

The Aqua Spray function in the Hans washing machine allows you to use water more economically and wash your clothes more efficiently. Through a special fitting located on top, water under pressure irrigates the laundry, promoting better stain removal.

Failures in the electrical network of the Hans washing machine

The modern electronic washing machine system does not always withstand voltage surges. The control module is protected from malfunction by a noise filter, which serves as a stabilizer. In the event of a power surge, it takes the entire “blow” upon itself.

But it happens that the filter burns out. Then Hans's washing machine may not turn on and he needs a replacement.

  1. Once you remove the top cover, you will see a filter in the upper right corner.
  2. After unscrewing the fixing bolts, move the wires from the damaged filter to the new one.

Water is not collected.

The reason may be:

  • low water pressure or lack of it;
  • blockages in the water intake system;
  • Malfunction of the water intake valve or pressure sensor.

The water does not drain even after the ten minute timeout has expired.

  • check the wiring, pump and relay that controls the pressure for serviceability;
  • if necessary, replace the corresponding broken sections.

  • carry out thorough wiring testing;
  • also carefully inspect the pump and pressure switch for damage;
  • replacement is possible.

Washing is done with cold water, regardless of the selected program.

  • incorrect operation of the heating element, temperature sensor (its wiring);
  • the voltage in the network is insufficient.

Shutting down the machine after starting its engine three times.

  • it is necessary to test the engine itself, the tachometer, and the controller directly;
  • inspect the contact insulation for integrity.

The spin program is not accompanied by a corresponding tachometer signal.

Remedy: identify possible malfunctions in the operation of the motor and Hall sensor, as well as electrical board circuits.

AquaStop is activated, there is a leak.

  • the AquaStop system gives a false signal, it needs to be tested;
  • violation of the tightness of one of the functional units of the washing machine.

  • The latest models are equipped with a fast and high-quality wash mode in just 15 minutes, as well as a delayed wash function until a time convenient for the user.

  • Possibility of creating individual programs and operating modes.
  • The Hans Aqua Spray program deserves special attention. It involves pumping washing powder through a filter with a special pump. Thus, the cleaning solution is sprayed into the upper part of the tank through an additional hole (spray) located in the hatch cuff.

Despite all the advantages of the design of washing machines of the brand in question, as with the use of other household appliances, cases of failure do occur.
