10 | Checking the door lock | All washing machine functions are disabled except the door lock |
1 and 11-16 | Selecting any of the listed positions leads to the completion of the ST execution | Reserve items for future test extensions |
SM error codes
Both during normal operation of the washing machine and during a service test, errors may occur (which are displayed on the indicators on the front panel of the washing machine). The control system stores the last 8 error codes. If there is a need to view all codes, this is done as follows:
- enter service mode (as preparatory operations when running a full test);
- sequentially set the program selection knob to any of positions 2-9 (see Fig. 1), and position 2 corresponds to the last error code, 3 to the penultimate one, etc.;
- simultaneously press buttons “A” and “D”;
- read the error code on the indicators. Error codes and their possible causes are given in table. 5.
In the PC series of HANSA washing machines there are two lines - “Optimum” and “Comfort”. They differ in the set of functions and some technical characteristics, and externally - in the absence of a digital-alphabetic indicator in the first line (see Fig. 1), as well as in the purpose of some buttons.
Since the layout of the controls for both lines of washing machines is identical (except for the indicator), the figure shows the “Comfort” front panel to refer to the controls of the other line.
For both SM lines, the error code indication is accompanied by flashing indicator G1.
In the “Comfort” line, the error code is displayed on the alphanumeric indicator in the form of the letter “E” and a two-digit digital value (Exx), and “Optimum” - in the form of combinations of indicator lights A-D (Fig. 1), located next to the function buttons .
To reset the indication of an error that has occurred, press button 17 for 3 s.

Shortened service test (quick check of basic functions)
The shortened test procedure is provided to check the performance of the basic functions of the SM during statistical tests on the production line. CT can also be used to quickly check the SM by service specialists.
To carry out the test, the washing machine must be connected to the water supply network with the ability to manually shut it off.
The order of running the shortened test is as follows:
- Set the program switch to position 1 (Fig. 1);
- Press and hold button 17 (START/STOP). At the same time, switch programs as follows: 1 (initial position) - 16 - 15 - 16 - 15. The handle is held in each position for at least 1 s;
- After this, the indicator G1 (START/END) should blink;
- Release button 17;
- Alternately (with a delay of 1 s) move the program switch to the following positions: 14—13—12—11—10—9—8—7—6—5—4—3—2;
- Press and hold button 17;
- Turn the program selection knob to position 2;
- Release button 17.
If the service test has been launched correctly, the G2 (OPERATION) and G3 (DOOR LOCK) indicators should light up on the front panel of the washing machine.
Then the shortened test is performed in the following sequence:
- Move the program switch to one of the positions other than 1 and 4.
- Within 60 s, the drum begins to rotate at maximum speed (for each specific model of washing machine, the rotation speed may be different).
- The water inlet valves are turned on one by one in the following sequence: for 6 s through the pre-wash chamber - pause 6 s - through the softener chamber (6 s) - pause 6 s - and then through the main wash chamber to the first pressure switch level (about 8 liters for a washing machine with a load capacity of 5.5 kg).
- Within 35 s, the water heating element is turned on.
- Within 2 minutes, the water in the tank heats up to 30 °C. At the same time, the drum begins to rotate as follows (as in washing mode): 12 s clockwise - pause 3 s - 12 s counterclockwise - pause 3 s. Then the cycle repeats;
- The valve for filling water through the softener chamber is turned on until the maximum tank level is reached. After this, the shortened test is completed.
Note.
- One of the disadvantages of this test is that after it is completed, there is water left in the washing machine tub. Therefore, after starting step 6 of the test, manually turn off the water, otherwise you will have to drain more than 8 liters of water (as after performing step 3).
- The test execution can be interrupted at any point. To do this, press and hold button 17 for 3 seconds—indicator G2 will go out and indicator G1 will light up.

Reasons for errors
Error codes for Hansa Comfort washing machines (800, 1000, 1200) and Hansa Optima models (800, 1000) may occur due to the following malfunctions of the equipment:
- the door lock is faulty, the triac is broken or it is automatically blocked (E 01, 11, 42, D);
- low pressure in the water supply, clogged hoses, a faulty or broken sensor that takes into account the amount of water collected or its level indicator (E 02, 04, 05, B, A+C, C+D);
- clogged hose filter or pump that discharges water (E 03, 06, B+C+D);
- The temperature device of the washing machine is broken, there is a short circuit or a chain break (E 31, 32, A+D);
- malfunction or short circuit of the drive motor (E 21, 22, C);
- failure in the power supply parameters (E 08, A+B+C+D);
- failure in non-volatile memory, destruction of its microcircuit (E 52, A+B);
- the float sensor is faulty, liquid leaks into the pan due to depressurization of the drum or other elements (E 07, A).
Repair work on Hansa Comfort and Optimum washing machines should be carried out by professionals to avoid further unwanted failures and disruptions.
Thus, the Hansa Comfort and Optimum series (800 and others) have a convenient diagnostic system, which, if the washing machine breaks down, shows the required code and allows for quick and targeted repairs.
This washing machine was purchased at the end of 2005 in Technoshok. Hansa Comfort 1000 spins at speeds up to 1000 rpm, respectively Comfort 800 - 800 rpm. If memory serves, there was also a model with a spin speed of 1200 rpm.
Design and repair features of Hansa Comfort 800
All Hansa washing machines have several characteristic design features by which this manufacturer is easily recognizable, even if the name on the front panel has faded over time
1 - electronic power module combined with the control panel.
Hansa has been using this design for a very long time, at least since the early 90s, the design is well developed and the reliability does not cause any complaints. Failures of the Hansa control module are usually associated with short circuits in other components of the electrical circuit of the unit, mainly the Hansa drain pump switch and the hatch locking device. The control module provides self-diagnosis of errors and failures and a test program to check the functionality of most components of the Hansa washing machine.
Module maintainability 70%
2 - AquaSpray system using the main drain pump for recirculation.
To switch the direction of water flow, a special valve driven by a thermal relay is used. When a voltage of 220V is applied, a switch occurs and the cleaning solution begins to circulate 2-3 times per minute inside the tank. After removing the voltage, it takes approximately 3 minutes to return the valve to its original position to drain the solution into the sewer. Therefore, if you interrupt the washing program and immediately turn on the drain, it will take about 4 minutes and will cause the display of error code E-03 - a blockage or malfunction of the pump.
Whether the AquaSpray system improves washing quality is unknown, but it is absolutely certain that long-term operation of the drain pump greatly consumes its resource :(. Therefore, replacing the drain pump is one of the most common repairs for Hansa washing machines.
3 - removable lower part of the front panel for access to the main components and support shock absorbers for suspending the tank.
Unlike most other brands, Hansa washing machines have a front panel that is separately removable at the bottom. This is very convenient for repairs.
The second feature of the mechanical design is that the tank rests through shock absorbers on the bottom of the washing machine, and is not suspended by springs from the side walls.

Over 8 years of operation there were no particular complaints. The errors that occurred were E01 due to the door not being tightly closed, E05 due to the fact that I forgot to open the riser with cold water, E03 periodically due to contamination of the drain filter and E07 due to water getting into the tray of the washing machine inside.
It was the cause of error E07 that I eliminated in this photo report. The fact is that when cleaning the drain filter periodically, it is necessary to drain the excess waste using a black hose in order to unscrew the cap. But since the hose is located quite low, some of the waste gets inside the machine. I have never had any depressurization of the tank.

Disassembling the Hansa washing machine
So, when you turn on the car, it displays code 07. Take note. You don’t have to disassemble the washing machine, just wait a couple of days for the water in the pan to dry.
To solve the problem, you need to remove the lower front cover, so the installed machine does not even need to be removed from the niche. You only need to unscrew 2 screws at the edges.
Then you need to pull the bottom cover towards you. The groove from which you need to remove the front cover is marked in blue.
Don't forget to remove the black hose, marked with a blue arrow.

Hansa comfort 1000 machine with aquaspray, throws error E03, does not drain - buzzes, pumped out the water, did not find any crime, then turned it on for spinning. I think the pump is still tired, has anyone replaced it? what code or parameters? By the way, I changed the bearing on the drum 2 years ago, six months ago I struggled with E22, I decided that the brushes were tired (they were completely tired - they were worn out and did not reach the winding) - I replaced it, no error.

Hello. See Hansa 800, the door does not lock. Error code 01.
Sergey wrote:
- The error may be caused by the following reasons:
- the door is open;
- the wire connections from the controller to the door lock are damaged;
- lock or limit switch is faulty

The machine produces errors: P007, E321. There are no such codes anywhere in the instructions or description! It erases and cuts out itself and the plugs, it can do it both at the beginning and at the end! All the masters looked and said with 100% confidence that it was Ten! They replaced it, but the problem remained.

Hello! Comfort 800. Picks up water and drains it immediately. But if you turn it off or rearrange the program, it may work fine next time

Hello! Does anyone have a faulty Hansa900 comfort machine? We need a door for it. The neighbor tried to open the door and broke it. The machine showed error N7, but the “savvy” neighbor continued to force and try to open the washing machine. The result is that things have been going out in the machine for the 3rd day, the door is locked and broken so that it cannot be opened. Now just hack. I'm looking for a replacement door. Tel. for contact 89112620386

Hi all! I would be grateful for your advice. Full size washing machine HANSA AWN 610 DR. The machine is new, in use for 7 months. but it was purchased 1.5 years ago, so the warranty expired. The cause of the malfunction is as follows, after 10-15 minutes. The washing machine starts beeping and stops, then spins 2-3 times and beeps again. + in addition, when selecting a mode, the first mode is immediately remembered when scrolling with the mode selection roller. An option is to set the desired mode, and then plug the plug into the socket. What could be the reason? Thanks everyone for your answer!

Why doesn't the washing machine speed up? Who can answer this question?
Sergey answers:
Doesn't pick up speed when spinning. There may be several reasons for this. The first is the uneven distribution of laundry. In this case, the machine tries to balance and turns the drum in one direction and then in the other. Another reason may lie in a malfunction of the drive motor triac. It is also worth checking the condition of the brushes; perhaps they are almost worn out and require replacement.

The Hansa washing machine range is represented by three lines - Space Line, Insight Line and Basic Line. The Hansa washing machine carefully washes laundry and clothes, selecting the optimal mode taking into account the type of fabric and type of contamination. Hansa slot machines have a futuristic and classic design. Washing machines have enlarged loading hatches, reminiscent of spaceship windows. The color varies from dark anthracite to the usual white. The drums of the machines are equipped with pearl-shaped holes that protect the laundry from damage.
Prices set for Hansa washing machines depend on the load volume, dimensions, efficiency parameters and functionality of the equipment. When choosing, pay attention to what technologies are implemented in a particular model: TwinJet
— effective mixing of water and detergent using two jets, which are supplied to the laundry through two nozzles (reducing the washing time).
“Imbalance control”
- there is a 3D sensor in the tank that determines the location of the laundry;
With the help of the drum movements, the laundry is distributed over the entire surface and the imbalance is eliminated. Allergy Safe
- thorough removal of detergent residues through additional rinsing at water temperatures up to 30 degrees.
Eco-Logic
- less water and energy consumption when the machine is not fully loaded (up to half the maximum volume)
"Drying"
(washing-dryers) - reducing the residual moisture level of clothes using hot air.
Advantages of Hansa washing machines
As owners of Hansa washing machines note in reviews, the equipment has the following advantages: – effective removal of complex stains without pre-washing (22 types of stains); – low noise and vibration levels due to the imbalance control system; – high energy consumption class (A+, A++); – wide functionality (up to 15 standard functions); – convenient loading hatch of increased diameter.
Handling and technical characteristics
All models from Hansa are exclusively front-loading. They are capable of washing up to more than two dozen types of contaminants, choosing suitable washing programs for this and taking into account the individual characteristics of the materials. The washing machine can determine a larger number of parameters independently; external guidance consists only of selecting basic program settings.
The machine itself will calculate and determine the weight of the laundry in order to optimize the consumption of electrical energy and water. Functions and programs will make it possible to adapt to the user’s needs using standard programs.
Each model from Hansa is capable of supporting a certain number of special washing programs in automatic mode. They are provided for different fabrics to ensure the utmost cleanliness of the laundry removed from the drum.
The washing device copes well with synthetic fabrics and wool, and delicately washes children's clothes and sportswear.
By closing the tank drain, a modern washing machine will ensure full use of the washing powder, minimizing its loss.
