Saving detergents, water, electricity and time
• To save resources, you should load the Indesit WISL 105 washing machine as much as possible. One wash cycle with a full load instead of two cycles with a half-loaded drum can save up to 50% of energy.
• The prewash cycle is only necessary for very dirty laundry. The prewash cycle uses more detergent, time, water and 5 to 15% more electricity.
• Treating stains with stain remover or soaking your laundry before washing will help avoid washing at high temperatures. Using a wash program at 60°C instead of 90°C, or 40°C instead of 60°C, saves up to 50% energy.
• The correct dosage of washing powder, depending on the hardness of the water, the degree of soiling and the volume of laundry loaded, helps to avoid wastage of detergent and environmental pollution: although washing powders are biodegradable, they contain substances that negatively affect the environment. Also, avoid using mouthwash if possible.
• Using the Indesit WISL 105 washing machine in the morning or evening will reduce the peak load on the power grid.
• If laundry is to be dried in the automatic dryer, select a higher spin speed. Intensive spin will save time and energy during automatic drying.
Cutting off water and electricity
• Turn off the water tap after each wash. This reduces wear on the plumbing system of the Indesit WISL 105 washing machine and eliminates the possibility of leaks.
• Always remove the plug from the outlet before washing or servicing the machine.
Caring for the Indesit WISL 105 washing machine

The cycle times shown on the display or stated in the instructions are estimates based on standard conditions. Actual duration may vary depending on numerous factors such as supply water temperature and pressure, room temperature, amount of detergent, amount and type of laundry loaded, laundry balancing, and optional features selected.
Note “Water stop”: see additional function “Easy ironing” on page. above. The data in the table is for reference and may vary depending on the specific washing conditions (wash volume, water temperature in the water supply system, room temperature, etc.). The special program Everyday wash 30' min (program 9 for Synthetic fabrics) is designed for quick washing of lightly soiled laundry: the cycle lasts only 30 minutes, which saves time and energy. By setting this program (9 at 30°C), you can wash different types of fabrics together (except wool and silk) with a maximum load of 3 kg. We recommend using liquid detergent.
Starting the car. How to turn on the washing machine.
Brief instructions: How to start the program, how to turn on the Indesit WISL 105 washing machine.
1. Turn on the Indesit WISL 105 washing machine by pressing the button. All indicators will light up for a few seconds, then go off and the POWER/HOOF LOCK indicator will start flashing.
2. Load the laundry and close the door of the Indesit WISL 105 machine.
3. Use the PROGRAM selection knob to select the desired program.
4. Select the washing temperature (see below).
5. Add detergent, rinse aid, bleach to the dispenser (see below).
6. Start the program by pressing the Start/Reset button.
To cancel the start, keep the Start/Reset button pressed for 2 seconds.
7. At the end of the program, the ON/HOOF LOCKED indicator will flash, signaling that the sunroof can be opened. Remove the laundry and leave the door half-open to dry the drum. Turn off the Indesit WISL 105 washing machine by pressing the button.

Connection to water supply and electrical network
Connecting the inlet hose.
1. Insert gasket A into the end of the inlet hose and screw it onto the cold water outlet with a 3/4 inch threaded hole (see illustration).

Connecting the drain hose
Hang the bent end of the drain hose on the edge of a sink, bathtub, or place it in a special sewer outlet. The hose must not be kinked. The top point of the drain hose should be at a height of 65-100 cm from the floor. The location of the drain hose should ensure that the stream breaks when draining (the end of the hose should not be lowered into the water). In case of mounting on the edge of a bathtub or sink, the hose is hung using a guide (included in delivery), which is attached to the faucet (Fig.).
! The use of extensions for the drain hose is not recommended; if necessary, it can be extended with a hose of the same diameter and a length of no more than 150 cm.
Electrical connection.
Attention! The equipment must be grounded!
1. The machine is connected to the electrical network using a two-pole socket with a grounding contact (the socket is not supplied with the machine). The phase wire must be connected through a circuit breaker designed for a maximum current (operation current) of 16 A, and with an operation time of no more than 0.1 s.
2. If there is a socket with a grounding contact near the intended installation site of the machine, which has a three-wire cable connection with copper conductors with a cross-section of at least 1.5 square meters. mm (or aluminum conductors with a cross-section of at least 2.5 sq. mm), the electrical network is not modified. If the specified socket and wiring are missing, they must be installed.
3. Laying grounding with a separate wire is not allowed.
4. To modify the electrical network, it is recommended to use wire type PPV 3x1.5 380 GOST 6223-79. It is allowed to use other brands of cable that ensure fire and electrical safety during operation of the machine. Before connecting the machine to the network, make sure that:
• the socket and wiring comply with the requirements set out in this section of the instructions;
•voltage and frequency of the network current correspond to the machine data;
•socket and plug of the same type;
•The outlet is grounded in accordance with the safety standards described in this section of the instructions. If the plug does not fit into the outlet, it must be replaced with a new one that matches the outlet, or the power cable must be replaced. Cable replacement should only be carried out by qualified personnel. The use of adapters, double or more sockets and extension cords is prohibited (they create a fire hazard). If you consider their use necessary, use only one extension cord that meets safety requirements. Equipment connected in violation of the safety requirements for high-power household appliances set out in this manual is potentially dangerous.
The manufacturer is not responsible for damage to health or property if it is caused by failure to comply with the specified installation standards.
First wash cycle.
Upon completion of installation, before starting operation, it is necessary to carry out one wash cycle with Indesit WISL 105 washing powder, but without laundry, according to the 90°C program without pre-wash.
Indicators
Indicators provide the user with important information. Indicator meaning:
Current phase of the cycle: During the wash cycle, the indicators will light up one after another, indicating the phase of the program:

Note: During the draining process, the indicator corresponding to the Spin cycle will light up.
Function selection buttons
The FUNCTION SELECTION BUTTONS are also indicators. When a function is selected, the corresponding button lights up. If the selected function is incompatible with the set program, the button will flash and the function will not be activated. If you select a function that is incompatible with another previously selected function, only the last selected function will remain enabled.
POWER/HOOF LOCKED indicator: When illuminated, the sunroof is locked to prevent accidental opening. To avoid damaging it, you must wait until the indicator starts flashing before opening the sunroof.
! Frequent flashing of the HOOF ENABLE/LOCK indicator together with any other indicator indicates a deviation from normal operation (see below).
