After this, the “home assistant” will begin self-cleaning. The program lasts a little over an hour and a half. When the cycle is completed, you need to pull out the detergent cuvette all the way and open the machine hatch for ventilation. The machine must dry out from the inside.

Using the self-cleaning function

Over time, any equipment requires cleaning and maintenance. The self-cleaning mode of the washing machine is a special function that allows you to clean the unit from grease, dirt and other contaminants.

The “Self-Cleaning” mode, present in most modern washing machines, was developed by the manufacturer specifically to remove insoluble substances remaining in the drum and tank.

Wool. Another gentle mode for woolen items and products made from a mixture of wool and other fibers. Suitable for washing sweaters, snoods and hats. The water is heated to a maximum of 40°C, the spin is minimal. In full-size washing machines, when choosing a program, you can load up to 2 kg of laundry, in narrow ones - 1 kg.

The washing machine independently controls the operation of individual functions during washing. If a malfunction is detected, the device will notify you of this: both signal lights will begin to flash in a certain rhythm. The rhythm depends on the specific malfunction. The user can correct individual errors independently, so pay attention to the rhythm of the light bulbs blinking, taking into account intermediate intervals. The device signals the presence of a malfunction immediately after it is detected and stops the program, except in cases where the malfunction is in the heating system. In these cases, the washing machine will complete the wash program, but without heating the water.

Errors: 2 - lights flash twice: the door is not tightly closed, 3 - lights flash three times: water does not enter the machine, 7 - lights flash seven times: water does not drain from the machine. You can fix these faults yourself (see fault table).

1 - lights flash once: temperature sensor malfunction, 4 - lights flash four times: drum speed sensor malfunction, 5 - lights flash five times: motor malfunction, 6 - lights flash six times: heating element malfunction. If these malfunctions occur, turn off the appliance, turn it on again and repeat the washing program. If the error appears again, contact an authorized service center (the lights flash until you turn off the device).

The machine may report errors due to external faults (for example, power outages). In this case: - turn off the machine, wait a few seconds, - turn on the machine and repeat the washing program. If you cannot resolve the error, call a specialist from the service center.
