What do Kandy washing machine error codes mean and how to fix the problem?

Diagnostics of Kandy washing machines

To begin diagnostics, you should prepare by following these steps:

  1. Empty the tank of clothes and water and firmly close the washing machine door.
  2. Make sure the Drum Balancing feature is turned off.
  3. Turn off the washing machine (de-energize) and the program selector.

The autotest mode is started as follows:

  1. Press the first wash or additional function button located on the left.

  2. While holding it, turn the program switch to 60 degrees (pre-wash).

  3. Release the wash or additional function button, as soon as all the indicators light up (this takes 5 seconds), press “Start”.

If the indicators do not light up, then you need to repeat the steps with another additional function button.

During the service test, the following actions occur:

  1. Water supply (6 liters) through the detergent compartment for pre-wash.
  2. Starting the heating element (heating element) for 20 seconds after a short pause (1 second).
  3. Add water through the detergent compartment.
  4. Start the drum counterclockwise at 55 rpm for 16 seconds.
  5. 4 second pause.
  6. Add water and start the drum clockwise at 55 revolutions for 16 seconds.
  7. Starting the drain pump.
  8. Spin (15 seconds).

When the diagnostics are complete, the LEDs located on the front panel light up.

Recommendations

With E08, the following expert advice can help:

  1. It is advisable to replace broken components in a washing machine with original parts that correspond to the specific model of the device.
  2. They do not disassemble a washing machine that is under warranty on their own.
  3. Repair of complex components should be entrusted to professional craftsmen.
  4. All work that requires opening the Candy case is carried out with the water supply to the washing machine shut off and the electricity turned off.
  5. If dismantling of elements is required, the supply wires must be pre-marked. You can also take a few photos so you don't make any mistakes with the connections during the assembly process.

  1. The control unit or semistor has failed.

Reasons for the failure and ways to eliminate it

Code E08 requires, in most cases, serious analysis and further repair. If the cause is not an accidental failure of the module, then partial disassembly of the washing machine will be necessary for diagnosis and repair.

Failure of the tachometer

A tachometer is a device that is responsible for the rotation speed of the drum . If this unit is inoperative, the Candy washer cannot determine at what speed it is spinning. In this case, the washing process stops after drawing water - the drum does not rotate, and the corresponding error code “E08” appears on the display screen.

The solution to the problem is to remove the failed sensor and replace it with a new one. Failure of the tachogenerator is the most common cause of E08.

Brush wear

In commutator-type motors, brushes take part in creating an electromagnetic field, due to which the motor rotates. Physical wear of the brushes causes them to lose functionality , and the engine cannot gain the required power.

If the brushes protrude less than 10mm, they lose contact with the rotor. In this case, they are replaced, and both must be replaced at once, even if the second is less worn.

When the brushes are worn out, the first manifestation may be a lack of required spin speed. Over time, as wear increases, the problem extends to the rotation of the drum during normal washing. The solution to the problem is to replace the motor brushes .

How to get to the motor brushes in a Kandy washing machine, and how to change them - in the video below:

Control unit malfunction

The Candy control module coordinates all processes that take place in the washing machine. If it fails, the necessary commands do not pass and work stops. If the elements of the electronic board (resistor, semistor, etc.) that are associated with the rotation of the drum burn out, code E08 can also be generated.

Failure manifests itself in different ways . This can be either a complete absence of rotational movement of the drum, or movement strictly in one direction, without reverse. There may also be a situation with a rapid increase in speed and a sharp stop. In all cases, Candy displays E08 on the display.

Burnt out elements are replaced, tracks are soldered. In situations where the board is seriously damaged and cannot be repaired, it is replaced.

Motor malfunction

When washing, the Candy motor ensures the rotation of the washing machine drum. If the unit fails, the washing machine fills with water, but the drum does not rotate. The program is interrupted with E08 displayed.

An engine can fail for various reasons:

Engine repair is not advisable. If a part breaks, it must be replaced. If a washing machine with a failed motor is very old, then it may make sense to purchase a new machine rather than carry out very expensive repairs to the old one.

Wiring irregularities

If there is damage in the electrical circuit of the Candy tachometer, motor and control module, code E08 may be generated. If the signal does not pass through due to broken contacts and broken wires, it is necessary to disassemble the washing machine.

The reason may be not only broken wires, but also oxidation , destruction or weakening of the contact terminals. This situation can manifest itself in the complete absence of even attempts to start the engine. The drum does not rotate.

The identified break needs to be repaired. If necessary, change the entire cable, clean the terminals, solder them and perform other work.

Error codes for Candy washing machine models without display

In models of Candy washing machines without a display, for example in all modifications of the Aquamatic series, errors can be recognized by flashing indicator lights. Typically, signals are sent by the lower left light bulb on the dashboard: it blinks at a certain frequency, then makes a short pause and resumes transmitting signals. To determine the code, you need to count the number of rhythmic blinks, for example, error code 12 will correspond to twelve LED signals alternating with a pause. Information error code 0 is indicated by a constant LED light.

Below is a table with a breakdown of information codes and recommendations for eliminating the causes of malfunctions.

Tips for all cars

There are errors that are common to all machines. At first glance, they are banal, but often problems arise precisely because of carelessness.

  1. The washing machine does not turn on . You need to check whether the machine is connected to the outlet and make sure that there is electricity throughout the house.

  2. Large amount of foam . Check to see if hand washing powder has been accidentally added.
  3. Water does not flow into the drum . It's worth checking to see if delayed start is enabled.
  4. There is no draining of water and no spinning after a completed program. The following modes can be set: no spin, no draining or light ironing.
  5. The indicators light up randomly . You need to restart the washing machine by turning it off for 2 minutes.
  6. Large vibration during machine operation . Is the equipment priced correctly? The drum may be overloaded.

After reading the information, you must remember that washing machine error codes do not eliminate the problem, but tell you where to look for it.

How to reset?

Provided that the appearance of an error on the control panel of the washing machine is not caused by serious breakdowns, a reboot will help restore the operation of the household appliance.

If the washing machine signals a malfunction after starting the wash, you can reset the error by holding down the “Start/Pause” button for at least ten seconds (in some older models, the selector knob is additionally switched to the neutral position). The indicators on the control panel blinked green - the reset was successful.

If no indicator lights up or the error appears before the work cycle starts, you can fix the problem in the following way:

  1. Switch the selector handle to neutral position.
  2. Hold the Start/Pause button for five seconds.
  3. Unplug the household appliance, wait twenty minutes, and then reconnect the washing machine to the power supply.

If the washing machine does not respond to button presses and turns of the selector knob, abruptly unplugging the appliance from the outlet will help resolve the problem.

The emergency reboot method can be used only in exceptional, isolated cases, otherwise there is a high risk of control module breakdowns, which entails expensive, time-consuming repairs of household appliances.

Error E04 in Candy washing machine

E04 candy washing machine error

The self-diagnosis system makes life much easier for the owner of the washing machine by displaying an encrypted “explanation” on the display when it freezes or turns off. The illuminated symbols will help identify the problem area and speed up repair work. You just need to read the code correctly. So, if error E04 appears in the Kandy washing machine, then you should pay attention to the overfilled drum. What happened and how to resolve the situation?

Manifestation and decoding of the code

Error E04 occurs suddenly: the laundry is loaded, the program is selected, the washing is started, but the machine is silent. Sometimes the machine displays a signal without even starting to fill the water, but more often it reports a problem immediately after taking it. The writing of the code on Kandy washing machines can also vary and be displayed as “E4”, “Err 4” or “Error 4”.

If the Kandy washing machine does not have a display, then error E4 manifests itself in a different way: by flashing lights on the dashboard. The number of “flashes” corresponds to the encoding - the LEDs will light up 4 times, then go out for 10 seconds, and flash again. Which indicators light up depends on the machine model.

  • Holiday and Aquamatic. When fault code E04 occurs, the light opposite the “Cold Wash” program lights up, which is accompanied by an image of a snowflake.
  • Candy Grand. Machines of this model range display error E04 by flashing the “Intensive wash” and “90” lights. The first indicator is schematically represented by a shirt, and the second is on the left in the countdown timeline.
  • Smart. Here the situation is similar: the “Intensive Wash” button (shirt icon) and “90” or “Start”.

Error 4 manifests itself differently depending on the Kandy model, but the distinctive feature will be the appearance of the number “4”.

Error 4 is simply deciphered: the water level sensor in the washing machine detected an overfilled tank. What are the reasons for excess liquid in the drum and what to check first - we will consider further.

What should you check first?

Error E04 does not always indicate a serious breakdown. It is likely that the water level sensor detected a slight overflow in the washing machine. It is worth considering the situations in which this signal code appears.

  1. The sewer is clogged. When the machine is connected to the siphon, if the latter becomes clogged, the previously drained liquid is returned to the machine. Pressure drops occur, and the washing machine can draw water in excess of normal even when turned off. To fix the problem, you need to clean the pipes and run a drain program.
  2. The machine is not installed correctly. According to the instructions, the drain hose must be raised 60-100 cm from the floor, otherwise the waste water will not drain from the drum. The fact is that if the established norm is not observed, the so-called siphon effect occurs. To break the “chain”, you will have to connect the machine in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations or install a special check valve.
  3. Excessive foaming. The maximum water level is also recorded to be exceeded due to the large amount of foam in the drum. The latter happens if you have exceeded the powder dosage, chosen the wrong detergent, or decided to wash porous items, tulle, down jacket, wool, in the standard mode. Depending on the cause, a “treatment” is selected: we reduce the dose of powder, select another one, or turn on a delicate program for “fluffy” clothes.
  4. System failure. A one-time failure of the control board cannot be ruled out. It is not uncommon for the module to overheat, freeze, and randomly generate an error code. It is worth turning off the machine for 15-20 minutes to reset the signal and try to start the machine again. If the display is “clean”, then there was no problem.

If none of the options mentioned fits what happened, then you need to “dig” deeper. You will have to check the fill valve and test the pressure switch. It's not difficult to do it yourself. All instructions are given below.

Flood valve

The filling valve of the washing machine can fail at any moment, and the result will be Error 4 displayed on the display. Therefore, it is recommended to start checking with it. Anyone can cope with the task - just follow a simple algorithm:

  • Unscrew the screws holding the top cover and remove it;
  • find the valve near the inner wall at the junction with the inlet hose;
  • inspect the valve body for damage;
  • if there are no visible defects, then remove the device for manual diagnostics;
  • disconnect the pipes connected to the “box” by releasing the fixing clamps with pliers;
  • disconnect the wiring;
  • loosen the bolts holding the part and remove the valve.

Error 4 for Kandy may indicate a breakdown of the filling valve of the washing machine.

Once the valve is in your hands, you must once again carefully inspect its surface and the integrity of the connected hoses. Next, we check the device for functionality: lift the box over the sink, connect the inlet hose to it and supply water. A working part will not leak fluid. If there is a leak, then repair will not help - only a complete replacement.

You can check the valve in another way: apply 220 Volts to the coil of the part and observe the reaction. If the section opens and fills with water, then everything is in order. Otherwise, you need to purchase a working copy. But be careful, as electricity and water should not come into contact.

It is better to be on the safe side with a final check using a multimeter. It is enough to turn the tester into resistance mode and apply the probes to each winding. Normally, the indicator on the display should be about 3 kOhm. In case of deviations - replacement.

Checking the sensor that monitors the water level

If the valve is working properly, pay attention to the pressure switch. The level sensor is located under the top cover of the Kandy washing machine, so getting to the part is easy. Moreover, you can cope with diagnostics without the help of professional repairmen. We act according to the instructions.

  1. Disconnect the washing machine from the power supply and turn off the water.
  2. Unscrew the screws holding the cover and pull the cover towards you.

Be careful when removing the lid from a Kandy machine: its edges are sharp.

  1. We remove the panel and look for the pressure switch.

The pressure switch is a round plastic box with a long tube lowered into the tank. To begin the test, you need to disconnect the connected wiring and remove the sensor. What to do next?

  1. We look for a tube of suitable diameter, install it on the fitting and blow lightly. A working sensor will “respond” with activated contacts – 1-3 clicks.
  2. We inspect the tube and body for damage or blockages. To clean the pressure switch hose, just rinse it under strong water pressure.
  3. We take a multimeter, switch it to the “Resistance” mode and apply the probes to the contacts of the pressure switch relay. Each contact activation of a working sensor leads to a change in the indicators on the display. If the numbers do not change, the device is broken.

Error 4 is not difficult to deal with on your own. You just need to follow our instructions and remember safety precautions.

Control board check required

With your own hands, you can only conduct a superficial inspection of the module for damage and burnouts. Other methods of checking can only be carried out by a specialist who, if any breakdowns are detected, with error E08, will immediately repair them. For a visual inspection, you should disconnect the machine from the network and perform the following sequence of actions:

  • removal of the dispenser tray;
  • unscrewing the front panel mounting bolts;
  • unlocking the plastic latches with a screwdriver and removing the panel from the body;
  • behind the panel is the main unit. Take a photo of it to record the location of the wiring;
  • Sometimes, in order to reach the board, the block latches must be released.

Kandy control panel

Afterwards you will need to conduct a thorough inspection of the board. If there are burnt spots on it, this means that you should call a specialist for repairs. Some details can be fixed with your own hands. We prepare a soldering iron and purchase a replacement part.

  1. Capacitor. It plays the role of a stabilizer, and to replace it you only need to solder the purchased part to the positive electrode. In order to understand where it is located, you will need to use a tester.
  2. Resistor. Checking the functionality of this part is also used by the tester. For 1st order parts, the optimal indicators are 8 Ohms and an overload of 2 A. But for the second order it is 3-5 A, and the resistance will depend on the frequency of the module. Deviation from the norm is a reason to replace the part using a soldering iron.
  3. Thyristor block. To check it, negative voltage is measured. The indicator cannot exceed 20 V. Sometimes the filter of the unit burns out, the repair of which consists of cleaning the cathode.
  4. Trigger. To check functionality, you will need to measure the voltage at the input. The optimal value is 12 V, and for the trigger resistance is 20 Ohms. To replace, you will need to use the same soldering iron.

If you manage to identify the burnt part, unsolder it and take it to a specialized store. The seller will select a similar spare part for you, and you can safely solder it in place of the old one. Just be careful not to damage the tracks leading to the part.

The integrity of the soldering may be compromised due to vibrations during operation of the equipment, which is why it issues fault code E08. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the equipment during washing.

Specialists know what to do in the event of a breakdown and how to properly troubleshoot problems. When starting a DIY repair, think about whether you can do it yourself. If you don’t have the skills to work with a soldering iron, turn to the professionals!

    Answer

Error E04 - when you can fix it yourself

Error 4 does not always indicate a breakdown. The water level sensor can detect overflow in the following situations.

  • Adding water from the sewer due to a blockage. If the washing machine is connected to a siphon, then when it is clogged, the siphon overflows and water from it flows into the machine through the drain hose. In this case, the SMA can take in water even when it is turned off. To fix the problem, you need to clean the siphon.
  • Adding water due to incorrect connection. The drain hose must be raised to a height of at least 60-100 cm from the floor. Otherwise, water from the sewer may enter the drum due to the siphon effect. Connect the SMA correctly (installation instructions are in the manual) or use a washing machine check valve if all else fails.
  • Excessive foaming. A large amount of foam occurs due to excess powder, the use of unsuitable detergents (hand washing powder, low-quality products, etc.), as well as when washing porous items (tulle, down jackets, etc.). Depending on your situation, try reducing the amount of powder, changing the detergent, or washing “fluffy” items taking into account their specifics (on a delicate wash program, use less powder, etc.).
  • One-time failure of the control module. Sometimes the control module freezes and issues a code incorrectly. Try unplugging the washing machine for 10-15 minutes. Perhaps this will clear the error and it will not happen again.

If none of the options described above are similar to yours, unfortunately, a breakdown has occurred.

Call the master

With error E08, in most cases, the help of a specialist is required. You can find a specialist via the Internet by searching for a Candy washing equipment repair company in your city. DIY Candy washing machine repair: repair tips

Italian Candy washing machines are popular among consumers due to their good quality-price ratio.
Despite excellent performance and reliability, machines sometimes break down. It always happens suddenly. But don’t be too upset, most of the breakdowns can be solved on your own. Specialists from the Kandy service center are confident that many errors occur due to incorrect handling.

Specialists from the Kandy service center are confident that many errors occur due to incorrect handling. By the way, I recommend contacting EuroBytService if you need a really high-quality and quick repair of a washing machine of this brand.

Broken hatch locking device

If the appearance of error E07 is associated with a malfunction of the UBL, then the problem is most often detected after washing. A locked door makes it impossible to remove laundry, even if there is no water in the tank and the cycle is completely completed.

The cause of the breakdown may be:

  1. Impaired function of the device itself (electronic or thermal).
  2. Damage to the wiring between the control unit and the UBL.
  3. Failure of the part of the board that is responsible for controlling the hatch.

Before diagnostics, it is necessary to check the drain system and water level sensor, since signals about the presence of liquid in the tank interfere with unlocking the hatch.

Problems with the locking device can be detected at the very beginning of the wash. Without receiving a signal to close the hatch, the electronic module cannot start the program and the movement of the drum.

How to check and replace the device:

  1. Disconnect the unit from the power supply. If necessary, drain the remaining water through the filter at the bottom of the washing machine.
  2. Prepare a thin and strong rope. Use a flat-head screwdriver, file or knife to press it into the gap between the hatch and the body opposite the lock.

  3. Gently pull the ends of the rope until the tongue clicks.

  4. If it was not possible to open the SMA using a rope, it is necessary to remove the top panel and tilt the unit back so that a large opening is formed between the drum and the hatch. After this, the UBL holder can be felt and snapped off manually.
  5. After removing the laundry, bend the hatch cuff, loosen the clamp and seal.
  6. Inspect the lock, remove the fasteners and bend the latches holding the UBL.
  7. To check the functionality of the device, it is necessary to measure the resistance on the neutral and phase contacts, as well as on the neutral and common. In the first case, a three-digit number, which depends on the lock model, is considered the norm, and in the second case, values greater than 1 are considered.
  8. You can also apply mains voltage to contacts L and N, and then press the moving part with a screwdriver until it clicks. If the UBL is working properly, the lock is locked with a latch.
  9. If there is a problem with the hatch locking device, you must replace it with a similar one and install a new part in the socket.

You can carry out diagnostics yourself only for thermal UBLs; in case of breakdowns of electromagnetic devices, it is recommended to contact an AMS repair specialist.

Tachometer malfunctions

The tachometer transmits information about the speed of rotation to the control unit. This allows you to control the intensity of the engine and change the mode depending on the program.

Malfunctions of the tachometer or the wiring between it and the board can manifest themselves as follows:

  • when you turn on any program, the drum does not rotate;
  • after starting or in the middle of the cycle, the SMA suddenly switches to high speed;
  • The spin speed is too low.

If the tachometer does not operate correctly, it may be necessary to replace it or restore contacts between it and the electronic module. To check the functionality of the part, it is necessary to remove the back cover and dismantle the engine, which is located under the tank.

There are two ways to carry out diagnostics with a multimeter:

  1. Connect the probes to the main contacts and determine the resistance (nominal level - 60-70 Ohms).
  2. Switch the device to voltage test mode and crank the engine, observing whether the multimeter readings change.

If the part is in working condition, you need to look for an open circuit or a fault in the control board.

Failure of the electronic unit

Error E07 in the event of a malfunction of the control unit may be accompanied by the following symptoms:

  • the drum does not spin from the very beginning of the cycle or program;
  • The SMA hatch does not open;
  • The engine of the unit does not work;
  • The drum only rotates in one direction.

To check the module, you need to unplug the machine for 10-15 minutes, and then restart any washing program. If the part malfunctions briefly, rebooting may solve the problem, but if the problem occurs regularly, you need to check the condition of the board.

If restarting the SMA does not help, you must again disconnect it from the power supply, remove the top cover and inspect the conductive tracks and contacts. The performance of radioelements is checked using a multimeter.

Depending on the cause of the breakdown, repairs may include:

  • cleaning the board, removing oxides;
  • checking, reconnecting, restoring wiring;
  • replacement of individual elements or the entire module.

Bearing failure

Bearings ensure rotation of the drum during washing and spinning. As the seals wear out, water begins to get inside the parts, which leads to corrosion and their gradual destruction. Frequent use, drum overload and laundry imbalance lead to accelerated wear of the bearings.

The problem manifests itself as noise, vibration and displacement of the MCA at high speeds. Over time, the SMA completely stops rotating the drum. The problem can only be resolved by replacement.

To install a new spare part, you need to disassemble the tank, remove the pulley, knock out the bearings from their seats and install new ones. If the tank has a non-separable design, it is replaced entirely or cut and then welded. Due to the complexity of the work, replacement is most often carried out in a service center.

Timely replacement of the oil seal allows you to extend the life of the bearings and avoid corrosion damage.

Wiring

The electrical wiring in the Candy washing machine connects individual components and transmits signals from the control module and sensors.

If the electrical circuit is broken due to damaged wires, the operation of the washing machine may not even start or may be interrupted and malfunction.

To analyze the condition of the wiring, the Candy washing machine is partially disassembled, and not only the wires themselves are inspected, but also the terminals. If a defect is detected, twist it and clean the oxidized contacts. If the damage is significant, the entire cable is replaced.

Hatch door lock

If the door is not locked, the Candy washing machine does not start working. A stop in operation may occur immediately after pressing start, while the indicators are illuminated, but the washing process does not proceed. On the display, the door lock error corresponds to code E01.

If the door simply was not closed until it clicked, then the problem can be solved as simply as possible: you need to check that things do not interfere with the closing of the hatch and close the door well. But if the cause of the failure is the failure of the UBL, the unit will need to be repaired or replaced. To resolve the issue, you will have to partially disassemble the washing machine.

Prevention

To reduce the risk of this error occurring, it is recommended:

  1. Do not try to open the MMA door until operation stops completely and there is a characteristic click.
  2. To protect the electronic control unit, install a relay or stabilizer in your home network, which will prevent voltage surges.
  3. Check and replace bearing seals regularly.
  4. When washing large items, place several towels to balance the drum.
  5. 1-2 times a year inspect the wires and electronic board for contamination, clean oxidized tracks and contacts.
  6. Do not lean on the open hatch or hang wet laundry on it.
  7. Install the unit only on a flat surface without slope.

If extraneous noise, sparking or other signs of malfunction appear, you must immediately turn off the ACS and carry out diagnostics.

Error E04 in Candy without screen

If your Kandy does not have a screen, it will indicate a problem with a series of flashes. The number of LED flashes will correspond to the code: that is, with error E04, you will see 4 blinks of the lights, followed by a pause and again 4 blinks. Various indicators may light up. It depends on the model of your washer. These are the lights that indicate an error in the Candy Grand, Smart, Holiday and Aquamatic line:

  • Candy Grand. The code is reported using the light next to the “Intensive Wash” button (a shirt-shaped icon) and the first light on the left in the reverse time countdown system indication (usually the “90” indicator).
  • Smart line. The signal lights are the light next to the “Intensive Wash” button (an icon in the shape of a shirt) and the top LED in the light indication of the reverse time countdown system (usually “90” or “Start”).
  • Holiday and Aquamatic series. The code is displayed with the “Wash with cold water” indicator (with a snowflake icon).

Features of the cipher manifestation

Error E01, in most cases, is issued in Kandy washing machines at the very beginning of the wash cycle. The user places dirty laundry in the drum, closes the door, but after selecting the desired mode and starting the device, the hatch does not lock. Code E01 is displayed on the screen. In models of a particular line, the error can be displayed in different ways: E1, Err1, Error1, etc.

In Candy manufacturer's technology without a display, you need to pay attention to the indicator lights. If an error is present, the light flashes once, followed by a long pause (up to 15 seconds), and the LED flashes again. Which indicator will light up when an error occurs depends on the device model. In the Grand line appliances, the washing machine displays code E01 with the “Intensive Wash” mode LED and the very first left LED in the wash time calculation display (in most cases this is the value “90”).

Models of the Smart line are signaled by the “Intensive wash” indicator and the upper LED indicating the countdown system. More often it is “90” or “Start”. In the Holiday and Aquamatic model household appliances, the cold water wash mode light blinks.

Important! The intensive washing mode is indicated by the image of a shirt, washing in water without heating is indicated by a snowflake.

Decoding the code that the Kandy washing machine produces, how is it indicated?

The error, which is indicated by code E07, occurs after attempts to start the electric motor or start a washing cycle.

Depending on the model of the washing machine, with this error the following code may appear on the display:

On SMA without a screen

Candy washing machines without a display indicate a malfunction by flashing LED indicators. When error E07 occurs, a series of 7 flashes occurs, then a pause for 5-13 seconds and the code is repeated.

Depending on the SMA model, the following LEDs light up:

  • “Intensive wash” and “90”;
  • “Intensive wash” and the top indicator (“Start” or “90”);
  • "Wash in cold water."
