You can check by opening any faucet in the apartment. But this is not always enough. It is best to check the presence of water and the required pressure in the pipe to which the Samsung washing machine is connected. To do this, first close the valve. Then we disconnect the hose from the machine and direct it, for example, to the bathroom. Turn on the water. If the SMA is incorrectly connected to the sewer, a “self-draining” effect occurs. The water flows out of the tank on its own. As a result, the level becomes insufficient, and an error appears on the display, and the operation of the machine is blocked. It is necessary to connect correctly so that this situation does not happen again. In addition, it leads to excessive consumption of water and electricity. The “siphon effect” can be corrected by using a check valve. The easiest way is to raise the hose so that it is above the water level in the drum.- Using a tester, you need to make sure that 220 volts are supplied to the valves, and that the contacts are not damaged and clean. To do this, you need to remove the terminals and connect the probes of the device to them, having previously set the voltage to variable. Turn SMA on to the washing program and observe. If the current does not arrive within a few minutes, then you need to check the wires and replace the damaged ones.

- If the Samsung washing machine is equipped with the AquaStop leakage protection system, then as long as there is water in the tray, the valves will not turn on, and a corresponding error may occur.
Signs
